How do I book a consultation?
Find an expert, open their profile, and pick an available date and time slot for the consultation mode (video, audio or chat) you want. You'll pay securely at checkout before the slot is confirmed.
What happens if I need to cancel?
You can cancel from your dashboard. Cancelling at least 24 hours before the scheduled time gets a full refund; cancelling later does not, unless the expert cancels or doesn't show up, in which case you're always refunded in full.
Something went wrong on my call — what do I do?
Open the booking from your dashboard and raise a dispute. It's sent straight to our team with the full booking and payment context attached.
How do I become an expert on Talk2Expert?
Register an account and choose "expert" during sign-up, or apply from your dashboard. You'll submit your credentials for verification before your profile goes live.
