About

I am an Agricultural Economist, Agribusiness Management Specialist, and Development Consultant with over 20 years of professional experience in agricultural development, project management, monitoring and evaluation, policy development, and sustainable food systems. I have extensive experience supporting national agricultural programmes, developing value chain strategies, preparing funding proposals, conducting programme evaluations, and strengthening market systems. My expertise includes climate-smart agriculture, food systems resilience, agricultural policy, results-based management, data analytics, capacity building, resource mobilization, and stakeholder engagement. I have contributed to national government programmes and donor-funded initiatives supported by institutions such as the World Bank, IFAD, the European Union, AGRA, and other development partners. I am committed to translating research, policy, and innovation into practical solutions that improve agricultural productivity, strengthen market access, build climate resilience, and enhance livelihoods. Through my consultancy work, I support governments, development organizations, NGOs, agribusinesses, and community-based organizations in designing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating impactful development programmes. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness Management and am pursuing a Master of Science in Agricultural Economics at Egerton University. My approach combines evidence-based decision-making, strategic leadership, partnership building, and a strong commitment to sustainable and inclusive agricultural transformation.
