I help governments, development partners, business associations, and companies turn complex trade, transport, and development challenges into workable policy and institutional reforms. With more than 25 years of experience across East and Central Africa, I combine economic analysis, policy advice, advocacy, and regional stakeholder engagement. I identify where rules, processes, or coordination are holding progress back, bring the relevant parties together, and develop clear recommendations that decision-makers can act on.
